Indian Head Massage, also known as Champissage, is a therapeutic massage technique that focuses on the head, face, neck, upper-arms, and shoulders. During the massage the practitioner will use a series of gentle massage strokes to ease tension, stimulate circulation and loosen muscles.

Indian head massage was brought to the West by Narendra Mehta in the 1970s and is now a popular form of alternative treatment as well as a fabulous way to relax and ease the build up of tension from everyday living.
